This is the band Aiden's poster for their CD conviction from 2007. The main purple and off-white colour scheme and the floral/roots pattern is transferred throughout their CD. This is mainly just the main image of the CD removed and the band name centralised. They have also included their website address, the main single and when the album is released to try and gain publicity and sales and the simple design points out the key pieces of information for the band.
This is the Stereophonics tour poster for their Pull The Pin tour in 2007. This takes the central image from the album of the same name and keeps the bands "signature" font style and has copied this on the tour title. As well as having the current tour dates the poster contains contact details, websites and information as to when the album is being released. The poster sticks to "The Rule of 3" colour scheme - Black, Pink and White. This makes it easy to read and appealing to look at.
This is Plain White T's tour poster. This, like the previous 2 also follows the Rule Of 3 using the brown, black and blue as the prominent colours, the sketchy black and white pictures of the band suit their music and genre as well as match their album cover as a band icon. From this research I have found out that my poster and digipack should match the same colour scheme as well as main focal image. This can either be the band logo or a prominent picture from the album.
